As you place your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. A second email will be sent to you when your order is despatched.

Deliveries are currently only available within the UK and are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
We aim to dispatch goods within 48hrs of the order being placed.
Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or at the weekend, will be processed the next working day.
However, for large bulk orders we will contact you with a dispatch date if different from above.
We are always here to help. So if you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, simply return it within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. We regret that unless the goods are faulty we are unable to refund any post & packing charges.

how are items delivered?
Depending on the volume ordered, orders are despatched for delivery via Royal Mail or a signed for courier. A signature may be require upon receipt of the goods.
do I pay a delivery charge for each item ordered?
No. One delivery charge will cover the whole delivery, regardless of numbers of items purchased.
can I nominate a time for delivery?
At this time we are unable to offer a nominated delivery service.
If you are unable to receive delivery at your billing address you may arrange for your order to be delivered to an alternative address for your convenience.
Inspire Me Papers accepts Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. Card details are checked and verified by Protx and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained. Please note that we can only refund the card originally used for payment.
what is my credit card security number?
Your credit card security number is the 3 digit number found on the reverse of your card on the far right of the signature stripe, with the exception of Amex cards where the 4 digit code is found on the front of the card.
The confirmation e-mail you receive is a confirmation we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability.
