Orders placed after 2pm on December 21st 2007 will be dispatched on January 2nd 2008

As you place your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. A second email will be sent to you when your order is despatched.

If you do not receive these emails, please check your Spam filters and add us to your preferred senders list.  

Deliveries are currently only available within the UK and are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.


delivery times

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (not including public holidays) will normally be despatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or at the weekend, will normally be despatched the next working day.

However, for large bulk orders you will be contacted with a delivery time.

 
returns policy
We are always here to help. So if you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, simply return it within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. We regret that unless the goods are faulty we are unable to refund any post & packing charges.

Order values up to £10 - £1.95
Order values from £10 to £40 -  £2.95
Order values from £40 or over - £4.95

Please note that we can only ship to UK addresses.
 
how are items delivered?
Depending on the volume ordered, orders are despatched for delivery via Royal Mail or a signed for courier.  A signature may be require upon receipt of the goods.

 
do I pay a delivery charge for each item ordered?
No. One delivery charge will cover the whole delivery, regardless of numbers of items purchased.

 
can I nominate a time for delivery?
At this time we are unable to offer a nominated delivery service.
If you are unable to receive delivery at your billing address you may arrange for your order to be delivered to an alternative address for your convenience.
