We aim to dispatch goods within 48hrs of the order being placed.
Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or at the weekend, will be processed the next working day.

However, for large bulk orders we will contact you with a dispatch date if different from above.

So if you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, simply return it within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging and we'll either replace the item or give you a full refund for the item. We regret that unless the goods are faulty we are unable to refund any post & packing charges.
